The 2017 chapter of ACREX India, the biggest, widest and a most dynamic global platform on this side of the continent on all that is cool is going to be held in Delhi. Summer Internship to Student Members

As many as 10 student members who were interested to do a internship in the field of HVAC got internships at companies like Bluestar, ABS Aircon, Infosys supported by ASHRAE Bangalore Chapter.

Workshop on Equest Energy Simualtion Tool

Hands on Training on Equest was provided.

Ten Student members were sponsored by Bry-Air to visit ACREX 2016 held at Mumbai. Three day visit helped student members gain valuable industry knowledge and innovative products in the field of HVAC&R

Seminar on "Sustainable Development and Green Buildings"

By Mr. Subramaniam, former ASHRAE Bangalore Chapter President and LEED AP. He explained the LEED Rating System and demonstration on Energy Efficiency in Buildings with some energy simulation softwares

Inauguration of ASHRAE Student Chapter

Student Chapter was started with 30 student members, with ASHRAE Bangalore chapter as the sponsoring chapter. Dr. T.P Ashok Babu was named as the faculty adviser and chapter was installed by Mr. Subramaniam with then director Dr. Swapan Bhattacharya as the chief guest for the event
